The process of enrolling everyone's fingerprints was straightforward; one by one, they placed their finger on the sensor a few times until it registered. In daily use, it's been reliable. Staff come in, touch the sensor, and a quiet confirmation lets them know they are logged. I can check who is in and out directly from an app on my phone, which is useful when I am not on site. The records are clear and easy to read. On occasion, if someone's hands are dusty from the workshop, it might take a second attempt to get a good read, but it's a minor point. The main benefit has been the simple, automated tracking of attendance without any ongoing subscription costs, which simplifies payroll at the end of the month.

Suitable for up to 50 employees this finger print time clock can help to streamline and reduce some costs associated with employees who aren't actually physically clocking in and are actually getting another staff member to do it for them with those punch card types machines. This machine requires every staff member to physically present their fingerprint. Now there are a few things to consider with using something like this and some employees may not be comfortable with submitting their finger prints due to data protection etc. You would need to cover all bases before considering an installation like this and potentially change contracts and/or adjust company policies to allow the use of something that captures people's finger prints. Employees would need to feel assured that their personal data could not be leaked etc. The machine itself is quite easy to set up and use including installation. I was a little disappointed that the machine will not directly connect with a PC for an easier transfer of data but this can be bypassed by using either the app (available for android and iOS devices) or the USB drive included. I would have still liked a direct wireless connection tbh but for the price it's a small sacrifice. A lot of variables can be adjusted within the machine and fingerprint scanning is relatively quick. As you'd expect this machine has an administrator level so the settings etc can not be overridden by Joe Bloggs who fancies fiddling the system so data is always kept safe even during a power failure. This is reassuring to know so you can be assured that payroll and employee hours are being recorded accurately. Before installation though I would recommend the business to look deeper into the data protection rights and of course give employees notice that the clocking in and out procedure is being changed or implemented especially if employees are represented by a union who may have reservations about this type of device. I think price wise is good at £179.99 at time of review but there is a small £10 discount at the moment so a better time to purchase and as stated there is no ongoing subscription or fees to use.

It scans the fingerprints quickly and accurately, no buddy punching or cheating so far. WiFi connection is brilliant, connects straight to data management systems. It's intuitive for workers, not too complicated and no harsh learning curve. It has a business grade quality construction, feels very robust and the operations are reliable. Much speedier than manual time cards or simple punch clocks. A good investment overall for small businesses.

Love the time clock also love the option that it has a finger print option as well as the option to manually clock in/out. It's very easy to use and was worth the money to us. The only thing I wish is there was an option for employees to either receive or review their hours at the end of the week on their own.

we've been using the NGTeco APP-Based Time Clock (W2 model with fingerprint + password) in our small business for a few weeks now, and I gotta say... . It’s kind of rare when a gadget this essential is both user-friendly and high-tech. First off, setup was super easy. Like, ridiculously simple. We just plugged it in, connected it to our 2.4GHz WiFi (no 5GHz so heads up), downloaded the app and everything just sort of worked? No confusing manuals or tech jargon. The iOS & Android app is really intuitive. I manage shifts and see who's late or not with just a couple taps. The fingerprint scanner is very responsive. Doesn't matter if someone's hands are sweaty, dusty or cold—it still works almost every time. That was one of our biggest concerns but it’s been reliable so far. And for folks who struggle with the fingerprint, they can use a password instead which is great. We’ve got a couple older employees and they had no trouble adjusting. They actually like the thing! One thing I love is how the data gets stored safely, even when the power goes out or the WiFi drops. It doesn’t panic like some other devices we've tried in the past. And NO monthly fees? huge plus there. Some time clock systems charge you for basic features, but not this one. It’s helped us stay way more organized too. We got people working different shifts, including overnight. The NGTeco handles all that without skipping a beat. Plus if someone forgets to punch in or out, we can fix it in the app in real-time which saves alot of headaches around payroll time. Also the build quality—really solid. Doesn’t look cheap at all. Sleek and modern, but simple enough that it blends into the office. We've got it mounted near the entrance and it doesn’t take up space or feel intrusive. I’d def recomend it for any small business. We got 18 staff and the system handles that no problem, but I’m sure it would be fine with more. Just makes life easier. No paper timesheets, no guessing, no stress. 10/10 if I could rate it. This employee clock-in monitor device is everything you need and more! It offers a FREE app for your phone, a USB flash drive for importing and exporting data to a computer, and it is 100% accurate! I couldn't ask for a better device. I got this machine to log the times that people were entering and exiting the pool that I manage as an easier way to keep track of everything and everyone coming in/out of the facility, since previously we were writing everything down by hand. So far, I have not experienced any issues whatsoever. It was very simple to set up and connect to wifi. I tested it by adding a few fake employees/administrators to test the timekeeping function, and to my surprise, everything worked perfectly the first try. If you're looking for an easier way to manage your small business or to track employee hours for payroll, this is the device for you!
