I wasn't expecting much for the money but I needed something with WiFi and remote time keeping, it was easy to set up following the instructions provided but a little complicated to get used to the online system and adding staff but overall once you play around with the system and get used to it it was very easy to use. The features with the ability to clock in and out through the face recognition is a nice feature but can be problematic if you put the machine by a door where the staff use regularly, my staff were going in and out to help customers and the machine was scanning them in and out of work just by walking past (because it is so efficient), so for our use case we have changed over to finger and RFID card which also works a treat

We have recently bought 4 of these for 4 of our sites. Daily issues with information being lost. Staff not able to sign in or out easily. Lots of issues. Team behind it helpful when we raise issues but nothing changes despite promises. We have decided to return all machines as doesn’t do what we were promised.

Carlos was very helpful in setting up the time clock over the phone. Dialled into my PC and did all my settings for me. He is very polite and knowledgeable. Very easy to use and great functions. Best feature is the remote log in and management from anywhere.

I got this for my partner’s business as his very old tech system was very cumbersome and not very user friendly.
