Excellent planner. I was using all sort of different planning, diary and goal setting systems and then I came across this planner which had all the elements in a very high quality beautifully presented way. So this to me is a lot more than just a planner. Every day there is a section for goal setting, affirmations, wins, etc. All the tools that are the habit of successful people who do these things every day. Trust me I have been reading lots of books on productivity and all the parts of this diary/goalsetting system are super important! It's pricy and will take a lot of space and only covers three months, but if you want to give your each day it's maximum potential and consistently perform at your best then I would say this planner is well worth it.

It's a great planner, perfect for my needs, I have a lot going on and need a 2 pages per day layout. I particularly like that it lays perfectly flat, the space for "Things I learned today / Key follow-ups", and the impact this planner is making in Africa. The quality of the paper is rather good, but fountain pens bleed through a bit. I wish there was a softcover instead so the planner could be less thick and heavy to carry around.

Took years to get around to it, but kept it because it looked like it would be useful. So far I’ve used the page on listing master goals, and the following pages elaborating on each goal with steps/tasks, dates, etc. It’s already helping with motivation. The downside for me is that once you set these 12-ish goals, the rest of the pages are for daily, weekly and monthly reviews, whereas I would have liked additional pages for more or updated master goals every few months. Overall I’m glad I kept it.

Quality is great! Very handy & well made product. All the sections are well thought out, easy to use and practical. Only thing I’d change was to have extra ‘notes’ section at the back, but that’s me being picky. Suggestion: create a new era notebook. Same concept, but just more focus away from ‘diary’ style - and more note taking/affirmation based

I love this planner so much! However, it has been a week and the faux leather started to peel away :(. I am really disappointed as I needed something like this to get motivated and work to my full potential again after this crap of a year. I love the way it's done with all notes and sometimes "forcefully" makes you appreciate things you wouldn't consider before, which is a good thing. But I worry how long will the planner last if the cover started to peel off after only one week of use. The peel is only small now but I wonder how it will look in couple of months. The planner travels in my backpack or sits on the table no throwing or any other harsh handling has been done to it :(. I would like a replacement but I doubt that will happen.

Received this diary so I could present it to my boyfriend for Christmas - he absolutely loves it as it caters to everything that is motivational which is does kind of need (eep!) Love the inspirational quotes and the planning of everything. Bonus is the charity factor with every purchase. Might order myself one soon too!

In the fast, growing digital world, finding the time to actually write down with a pencil and paper your goals and major weekly projects is a game changer. I love digital media and to-do lists and calendars, but when I made the switch to a goal-oriented planner, it changed the game! This planner allows you to remain focused while keeping you distraction free. I know that in today's crazy busy world it's hard to plan your day without the occasional Facebook sneak or YouTube watch, but utilizing a paper planner eliminates the need to be distracted and helps you get more done. I do use both my digital Gmail calendar and task manager, but I visit those just once a day to plan out my next 3 daily priorities. I will say this, the Weekly Review has five major goals and their accompanying to-dos. I have found that trying to sneak in all 5 top priorities in a week is a lot! I narrowed it down to just using 3 spaces for achieving my weekly goals then use the other two spots to work on developing my habits. But trying to do 5 major projects a week is too daunting, so I use the Michael Hyatt approach and focus on my big 3 for the week. That has helped me stay more focused and be laser-like in how I plan out my days. I did a Podcast episode on this planner if you would like to listen. I give my likes and dislikes and how I'm using the planner and what I love about it. But, if you're wanting to get started on planning out your quarters, weeks, and days - this planner is a game changer. THINGS I WISH IT HAD: 1. I wish this planner had a year at a glance calendar. It could even be in a linear format. That would help. Though I do use the 3-month calendar. 2. I wish this planner focused on separating the workweek from the weekends and a weekend top 3 priorities. Sometimes you just need that little extra to help you plan your weekend. The planner daily pages should be.... WEEKLY REVIEW MTWTF - Daily Review Pages WEEKEND 3 - Sat and Sun. Review pages 3. A friend recommended this product and this is exactly what I've needed!!! As a resident physician I work an 80 hour work week where I'm expected to care for patients at multiple sites, attend meetings/conferences, teach and give presentations. All while trying to find time to study, work on research, volunteer, pay bills, exercise and spend time with loved ones. I NEED organization in my life! I have used planners for most of my adult life and I struggled with their sectional arrangements. I often found myself tearing out pages and rearranging them to my liking. I like how the monthly calendars are placed together with the daily and weekly goals having their own individual sections. The inspirational quotes that keep me motivated are another feature that appeals to me (buh-bye daily inspirational emails that clog up my inbox!). I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order arrived and the quality of the craftsmanship/materials used. This is a plus for me as I'm not one to "gently use" my belongings. This planner has EVERYTHING that I need! It fits in my purse and my whitecoat so its always there when I need it. Last but not least, for every planner purchased a stationary set is given to a child in need. This is dear to my heart as I feel education is the foundation to success (teach a child to fish)! It's amazing quality. It feels very sturdy and has a beautiful cover along with 2 pages ribbons and an elastic band. It is a 3 month planner in A5 size and has 256 pages at 100 gsm. The first 17 pages is all about visualizing your perfect life and pinpointing goals that will get you there. After that, there is 3 monthly spreads to keep track of big picture items. Next is 13 weekly spreads, that help you reflect on your previous week and plan for your next week. Lastly, are the daily pages. These pages are the jewel of the planner in my opinion. There’s lost of places for reflection, to do lists and time blocking. In the very back, there are 10 dot grid pages. My overall impression of the journal is much better than I expected. I’ve order things before and was disappointed by the quality or misleading marketing, but this product far exceeded my expectations. I’m so happy that I have it and am able to use it!

I love the This Is My Era Movement. It is such positive message and movement, and if you don't know about it yet give them a google or youtube search. As far as the planner itself it is great. I am the type of person that likes to write out my thoughts, goals, and schedule for the day so this is perfect. I love the details in the planner like the Master Goal List, Goal Worksheet, Monthly Review, and Weekly Review. That type of Goal setting is the BEST way to accomplish your Goals because it holds you accountable with very specific timelines :-) Overall 5 Stars and have already bought a few more for my family and friends for the holidays!
