The device constantly turns itself to standby mode, so no tracking can be done. The only way to do this is by pressing the on/off button that's on the tracker. Useless when your pet is lost. Low battery alerts only come on at 1% charge, when the device goes off line.. and no way to change this. The GPS location for the tracker when it is working is inaccurate, even when it shows your location accurately, and there is no way to remotely activate the tracker. The app even says it cannot accept commands unless it is turned on, which can only be done when you're actually holding it in your hand. So how are you meant to track your pet? Do not waste your money. Do not buy.

I purchased this tracker for my dog that I have just adopted and intend on letting it stay in the backyard while I’m at work. I wanted to use a tracker in case he got out while I was gone. This one seemed perfect and it was… until I noticed the battery life was short. I charged it to 100% on Sunday and by Tuesday it was at 1%. I messaged customer service and they advised that the tracker only lasted 5-12 hours when used continuously and this tracker is better suited for spontaneous, short time limits. If it wasn’t for this issue then the tracker would be perfect and I intended on purchasing a second one for my other dog.
