I am pleasantly surprised at how well this tiny device works! It’s the size of a matchbox but slightly smaller and more cuboid. I had it up and running within the hour, device fully charged from the box, using the SIM card provided. I switched the backplate to the magnet version provided and it’s powerful! The app is so clear and easy to use, the GPS markers are scarily accurate. I would say, don’t expect the tracking to be smooth if you watch it in real-time, you can only rely so much on outside signals. The stop points are accurate! With the SIM provided I couldn’t use the audio recording feature so have had to switch it out to a GiffGaff sim card and it still works great for tracking in the app still, with the help of the customer service rep Suki, via Whatsapp, she helped clear that up for me in a jiffy. Very good, patient, friendly and swift communications from her, she put my mind at ease with any questions I had for her. If you’re looking for a discreet way of tracking your vehicle but don’t want to break the bank, this device is the one!

Got the product, unwrapped it and all looked well. Charged it and plugged in a sim card after first turning off the voicemail. Then I followed the instructions and sent a text to the number. Nothing responded. Then I downloaded the app and it showed the tracker offline but a mile away from my home in the middle of a field on a mountain side. It repeatedly said it was offline. I messaged the seller but did not get any response despite the promising start with a message indicating they were there to help. A few days on and I've now dropped the package at the post office for return. Shame really as looked really robust. No response from suki at the customer service team as promised. Would have scored a zero if I could as I had to spend £10 on a sim card which I will no longer use. Really disappointed and now our of pocket.

Outstanding piece of kit. works in APP and you can see real time movements updating every 10 secs on the map. It also allows you to look at history of movements between selected dates and times. The sim card HAS to be 2G to see the map. O2 do one that works as pay as you go...REAL pay as you go not the new £6 a month etc deal...so it's costs nothing as you only want the sim in the device for GPS. You'll need to buy the sim from A specialist shop, o2 dont seem to know it even exists!. We're using this on an elderly relative who has dementia and likes to 'roam' it's working a treat.

This product is a great little unit. I’m the kind of person who reviews and looks into everything a 100 times before I buy anything! I bought this tracker as a second unit to work alongside my professionally installed one. Just in case one of them gets found, also due to the age of the car it was going on, it would be fairly easy to locate a wired one. This unit turn out to be much better than I had hoped. The instructions aren’t great, very basic and pretty much no instructions on how to use the APP. The instructions are good enough to set it up but you have to figure a few bits out for yourself. Make sure when you set it up, you’re Admin no. Is not the tracker no. I set the sim up (Vodafone pay as you go) and first of all set the admin as the sim no. I save this in my phone and started sending commands... some worked and others wouldn’t... driving me insane. I then realised I should set the admin no. You your own mobile number. Once I did this it was faultless. It’s really not clear in the instructions about this. Don’t down load the ‘Winnes’ app that is suggest, download the ‘TKSTAR GPS’ app. They are exactly the same apart from the Winnes one has loads of commands for other trackers and you get completely lost with what does and doesn’t work with this tracker. The TKSTAR one works much better has it only has what you need. One I set it up, charged it.... no issues. It’s been running for a week... still on 100% battery, every time I sent an SMS command from the app it returns the location of the tracker. You can even set movement alerts that make your phone turn into an alarm! I have this turned off but it’s very efficient. The app can be loaded as ‘SMS’ or ‘Login’ the SMS is basically just commands you click which preloads a text you can then send to the tracker. The login has a few more details like tracking where you have been that day or over a set time, setting the alarms you want, Geofencing in certain areas to prevent alarms and a real-time viewer where you can see where you currently are (you can set this to refresh every 30 seconds, 1hr or 24hrs. If the real-time viewer has an old time on it, send an SMS to the tracker for its location and it will wake it up. If you’re good at figuring things out and have an practical mind, this will be a good device for you. If you want to take it out the box, stick a sim in it and hope it works without any effort, this isn’t for you. It’s not overly hard to figure out but it will take a couple of hours to fully understand it. Then it’s simple. This is a great device and well worth the money. I suspect any bad reviews are main due to the poor instructions and it not being setup correctly because of it. I would definitely buy this again, much better than I hoped. The battery seems to be holding up well. 1 week still 100% The issues I don’t like, the magnet isn’t great. On pure steel it’s great but anything less it’s too not brilliant. Plus the base is shined so will slip. I’m not bother by the magnet, it will hold fine if resting against something too. The instructions for the app don’t exist! The instructions for the units are 70% efficient. Note: All passwords are 123456 until you change them (if you want to) The ID number on the unit is also the IMEI no. The instructions reference. The product works very well when it works, but for an older person, the set up procedure needed the expert advice and help provided by Suki. Over several days, she bit by bit guided me through a complex set of issues as can be seen by looking at her Whatsapp account above. Step by step, a variety of technical and human errors were identified, and eventually overcome resulting in a TK905 tracking device that the buyer is confident in using. We have had issues getting the app to work for location tracking.

I needed help with the apn settings and I reached out to support via WhatsApp, they replied immediately and managed to help get the issue resolved promptly, the device now works perfectly but the support service was first class, definitely would recommended to anyone.

J'en ai acheté deux spécifiques mais impossible de faire fonctionner le GPS malgré l'intervention du sav du GPS ET du fournisseur de la carte. Je suis en région parisienne et donc en zone de réception. Dommage

Ho messo in funzione il dispositivo da 24 ore e sembra funzionare bene. L'ho preso perché mi capita di viaggiare e avere una sicurezza maggiore per l'auto mi fa stare meglio. Per il momento sembra funzionare perfettamente e il GPS sembra molto preciso. Lo testerò meglio nei prossimi giorni ma per il momento sembra perfettamente funzionante.
